• Details of all intended locations/venues including the time of arrival/departure etc.

How We Use Your Information …

All data collected from you will be used to help us to provide you with the best possible service and/or products.

Your information may also be used for the purpose of entering into a contract online with you and for the purpose of providing any receipts once payment has been made to us.

We may also use your images and/or videos in the following ways:

• On our website for promotion and advertising purposes
• For marketing materials (for example, business stationery, flyers and business cards etc.)
• For publication and or print
• On our social media sites for promotional and advertising purposes

Please note that under the Data Protection Act 2018 you may refuse the use of these images at any time and should do so by notifying us in writing.

How We Comply With The Data Protection Act 2018

If you email or send us message via social media then these messages may be stored within our email system or social media account for as long as practicable to enable us to provide you with the best customer service.

Your data will only ever be held by the company/person named within your written confirmation/agreement and will never be passed to any third party without your express consent; unless we are required to do so by law.

The majority of our data is collected from you directly.  This information can be received through a number of different channels including (but not limited to, for example) – telephone, face-to-face, email or social media message etc.
